1.  The website must be provided by the client.
2.  The website needs to have the data public and to be legal. 

I will develop a script for this process that can output the data in the format you need:

1.  XLSX 
2. CSV 
3. TXT
4.  JSON
5.  XML
6.  MDB 

Also ,please keep in mind that the scripts are developed and running under a licensed programming source.
