Things I do while working with Power BI include:

• Get your data from data source (Excel, csv, Access, SQL, mySql, Folders, web, etc.) to Power BI desktop,
• Clean data to make them ready for producing great visuals. Creating new columns and measures as needed,
• Write fairly complex DAX
• Use efficiently Quick Measures
• Create great visuals (bars, maps, lines, waterfalls, slicers, etc.),  
• Publish reports in Power BI service,
• Create dashboards and adding your account to view the dashboard
• Create alerts
• Manage roles, so different users will see their own data only.
• Setup Dynamic Row Level Data Security (RLS)
