I will create a neural network to make useful predictions

About:

A neural network will be created using data from numpy arrays with Keras (a python machine learning toolkit). 

Other data forms can be given (excel, ascii, etc.), but then it will take a longer time to create the model since data preparation will have to be completed.

I am also willing to make some graphs and such to make the results more understandable, but that will also take longer and may cost more as well.
