Gig is to help you with Key performance Indicator (KPI) or SLA (service level agreement) for your business. I focus mainly on data provided/caluclated in Excel but in case of any other situations don't hesitate to send a question :)

If you have not got any idea how to start choose one of consulting  packages: basic or standard.

I would need some information (at least hint) what you would like to measure and report/source data (in Excel/ CSV), you will receive:

- information what can be measured basing on delivered data
- potential limitations or what it is missed for desired KPI
- tips on how KPI can be calculated in Excel (ex. formulas)

If you need full template/dashboard that will be calculating KPI in Excel, please choose package premium.
