Experience in data collection (survey and questionnaire), data (outliering, missing value analysis), descriptive statistics (average or median), data visualisation (scatter plot, charts, graphs, box plot), data analytics methods like correlation, regression analysis, factor analysis, etc. Have knowledge of software like Excel, SPSS and R for qualitative and quantitative analysis.
