Do you have a PDF output you need to create again and again?  Maybe its weekly, monthly, or maybe it 1 per every client or order?  I can create a solution where you enter the data in Excel (or use an existing data source) and the macro creates multiple versions of the output.  For examples, my clients have used this for:
-Weekly shipping invoices
-Purchase orders for all clients
-Custom mailers to prospective clients
-Client specific reports
