I can design an iMacro based reliable solution using Java Scripting, that would go to your desired website, login the website using the id/password, visit categories page, fetch data and go to next pages when and where required – this will be fully automatic, no human interaction at all and at the end, you can check all records through excel.

The script would be intelligent enough to handle most issues on fly, it will wait for the page to load properly, check if all Ajax functions are working fine and make sure no data is lost at any stage.
